As Horizonis offers best and unrivalled rates currently existing in the market, combined with the additional benefit that our loans are in Fiat (cash), the charge of a one off fixed fee (single fee) is applied. For transparency, the fixed fee is set-up at the quotation stage and will be very visible and transparent even before the Term Sheet gets issued. The fixed fee gets deducted from the Loan amount once the Loan gets issued, so the borrower will receive the entire Loan amount minus the fixed fee.
No other additional or hidden fees, of course.
